Each person gets a reason, a suggested touch every 30 days, and a flag when the picture changes. Nobody is added on their own, and nobody else sees this list.
Calls
Tap Call, talk, then tap what happened. Interested people go straight to Chris's Warm list with your note. Voicemails come back in 3 days, no answers tomorrow, three tries then a month off.
Scoreboard
Texts count when you tap Sent. Replies, coffees and outcomes count when you tap them on the person. Nothing here is typed in.
Setup
Your details, the office numbers, the words.
Every morning each template is rewritten for the person in front of it, from the facts and your own sent texts. Edit a template once here, or edit any single text before you send it. Both teach it.
Export from Courted as a CSV and pick the file. Match the columns once; it remembers. Re-importing never makes duplicates: the same person stays one person, numbers refresh, statuses and notes stay.
Every morning at 6, the system moves everyone's plan forward, starts the next ten from the queue, writes each text in your voice from the facts, drafts the day's emails, and builds a brief for every coffee on the calendar. At 7 you get the card by email.
Active 30: Day 1 text · Day 2 email (their page) · Day 5 email (a class, you approve) · Day 9 text · Day 14 email (event) · Day 21 email (story or outing, you approve) · Day 30 text. Any reply stops the cadence and puts them in Warm.
No reply: one email a month for three months, then one a quarter for a year, then archived. A new Courted signal brings anyone back. "Not now" rests 90 days. "No" and "Do not contact" are honored forever.
Rules: every text is sent by your thumb. Other KW offices are filtered out. Every email carries the office address and an opt-out. No texts before 9 or after 7, none on Sundays.
